Payment and Shipping

1. Payment

The prices are in EURO including the currently valid VAT. The following payment methods are possible:

- In advance

After the purchase is completed, the customer is obliged to pay the purchase price by transferring it to our account.

If you pay in advance, you will receive an email from us with the exact invoice details. It is therefore imperative that you provide your correct email address and telephone number in the order form so that we can contact you. When making a transfer, please state your name and invoice number as the purpose of payment so that we can assign your incoming payment to the order.

- Via PayPal

Here you simply pay as usual via your PayPal account.

- Pay by Bill

You pay easily and conveniently by bill.

2. Shipping

- Deliveries within Germany:

For standard orders within Germany, we charge packaging and shipping costs of € 4.95 for a goods value of up to € 50. For orders with an order value of over € 50, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

 - Deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland:

There are packaging and shipping costs of 10 €.

- Deliveries to Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia:

There are packaging and shipping costs of 10 €.

 - Deliveries to Bulgaria:

There are packaging and shipping costs of 25 €.

- Deliveries to Greece:

There are packaging and shipping costs of 35 €.

- All other countries:

All other countries on request.
