OPRO POWER FIT MOUTHGUARD

 

The OPRO PowerFit is a completely new type of mouthguard. This mouthguard won the ISPO Gold Award in 2018, the biggest award given to a sports device by the jury of the world's biggest sports fair. The innovation of the PowerFit lies in its unique way of fitting, which ensures that the fit and comfort of the PowerFit is so close to a Custom Fit mouthguard, i.e. a mouthguard that a dentist fits directly for you, that you will hardly notice the difference. The two included braces are placed around the mouthguard during the fitting process. After heating in a water bath, you then bite into the mouthguard with the teeth of your upper jaw, and bite onto the white braces at the bottom. This prevents damage to the mouthguard at the bottom, which could disturb you later. Furthermore, the teeth of the white braces close around those of the black braces where your mouthguard lies. These serrations, in turn, close very tightly around the mouthguard and are constricted by your bite movement around the mouthguard. As a result, the PowerFit fits snugly around your teeth and fits like a glove.

 

Opro's three-layered mouthguard, with durable outer layer for more impact protection, flexible inner layer for comfort and fit, and "Air Spacers" for maximum cushion effect with the best protection.

 

Opro's patented, unique lamellar technology is used here. With Opro, there is no gel inside the mouthguard shell, but rather raised lamellae (fins). These fins are then dispersed from the teeth during fitting in hot water and wrap around the denture to provide maximum protection. This prevents excess gel, which usually leaks out to the side in commercial mouthguards, from interfering with fit and comfort.

 

The innovative stretch zones (three small indentations distributed over the mouthguard rim) also ensure that the shell can expand for a wide bite and contract for a narrow bite. Thus, the perfect mouthguard will come out for everyone.

 

In addition to protecting teeth, the Opro mouthguard also provides ideal protection against jaw and facial injuries as well as concussions.
